The shop prides itself on the lowest prices of all local thrift stores, offering events such as InfoShop and monthly 25 cent sales. Treasure City is a non-profit business, supported solely through community donations.

Austin Pets Alive! Thrift-51st
This boutique-style thrift shop is one of several locations throughout Austin, all owned and operated by Austin Pets Alive: an animal shelter dedicated to rescuing animals at the highest risk for euthanasia. Their mission is to provide the resources and education necessary to eliminate the killing of companion animals in shelters both local and national.
Thrift-51st offers high-quality new and used items at low prices, with all proceeds going directly to the support of lifesaving programs for Austin Pets Alive. Those fostering pets through the organization are eligible to receive a 20% discount when shopping in-store.
The shop is located at 5102 Clarkson Avenue, and both in-store shopping and curbside pickup options are available. The store is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and Friday through Saturday from 11 AM to 7 PM.

Texas Thrift is part of a family of thrift stores dedicated to using thrifting as a tool to aid their local communities. Uptown Cheapskate is a secondhand retailer specializing in new and used designer clothing and accessories, all geared towards young adults. Inventory includes jeans, skirts, handbags, dresses, watches, costumes, fragrances and more. The public is invited to donate quality, unwanted items to the shop. Items not purchased by Uptown Cheapskate can be donated to one of two charities supported by the store: The Purple Heart Foundation (supporting veterans and their families), or Build On (supporting co-ed schools in underdeveloped nations.)

Hope Family Thrift Store works in conjunction with the Austin Disaster Relief Network, providing clean and professional distribution centres for disaster survivors to attain free clothing, food and other essential supplies. The shop offers clothing, home décor, appliances, furniture, children’s toys and more. 100% of the shop’s net profits directly support the work of the Austin Disaster Relief Network. Shoppers may browse in-store or opt to shop online.
